Kennard’s Annual Juneteenth Celebration
Join us for this free community festival where African American artists will perform and display their craft, vendors will offer their wares, lecturers will educate, and guests will sample African American food and drink. This Juneteenth celebration is not only an African American milestone in our nation but an opportunity for dialogue with all citizens to reflect on our shared history. Come help us celebrate Kennard High School at our 12th Anniversary Dinner Dance Fundraising Gala! This year’s event will be held at the “Newly Restored” Kennard African American Cultural Heritage Center. Doors open at 6:30pm for hors d’oeuvres and the silent auction.
